I think all the salmonella recalls just show that there is a lot of sloppiness regarding hygiene. that tells me the companies are in too much of a rush to make a buck and cutting corners on safety. Makes me wonder what else they are cutting corners on that we don’t get to find out about.
Recalls are the only solution for the companies that do not pay due attention to the highest quality standards, that are a must for the food industry.
